The Snowboard DECL (Division Education and Clinic Leader) team is a group of highly trained instructors who are responsible for running the various Snowboard clinics and assessments that the Division offers.

What inspired you to pursue the career you have today? The culture of instructors has kept me around.
What’s something you’ve always wanted to try but haven’t yet? Ride Japan.
What surprised you most about working in this industry? The vast information and nuances of the technical side.
What lesson are you most grateful for learning? Anyone who wants to learn.
