The Snowboard DECL (Division Education and Clinic Leader) team is a group of highly trained instructors who are responsible for running the various Snowboard clinics and assessments that the Division offers.

What inspired you to pursue the career you have today? Getting to work with and see the progression with Winter Sports enthusiasts.
What’s something you’ve always wanted to try but haven’t yet? Hang Gliding.
What surprised you most about working in this industry? Getting to meet and work with people with such varied backgrounds and personalities.
What lesson are you most grateful for learning? Putting myself in other people’s shoes.
