The Snowboard DECL (Division Education and Clinic Leader) team is a group of highly trained instructors who are responsible for running the various Snowboard clinics and assessments that the Division offers.

Biography
How did you get your start in this career field? Working at a resort as a teenager was the only way I could afford to snowboard.
What inspired you to pursue the career you have today? It gives me the opportunity to do two things I love, teaching and snowboarding!
What’s something you’ve always wanted to try but haven’t yet? I’ve always wanted to learn to surf.
What surprised you most about working in this industry? How much these skills transfer into my other professions.
What lesson are you most grateful for learning? It is possible to have a career that you love doing and hard work and determination pays off.
