The Snowboard DECL (Division Education and Clinic Leader) team is a group of highly trained instructors who are responsible for running the various Snowboard clinics and assessments that the Division offers.

How did you get your start in this career field? Applied online to hiring camp at PCMR.
What inspired you to pursue the career you have today? Love sharing my passion for the sport/mountains and instilling/helping grow that passion in others.
What’s something you’ve always wanted to try but haven’t yet? Alaska heli-boarding.
What surprised you most about working in this industry? Working abroad possibilities.
What lesson are you most grateful for learning? That it’s hardest to teach outside your own learning style.
