The Discipline Managers are responsible for building and maintaining the curriculum of events and assessments that we offer in each of our Disciplines. They also manage the DECL teams which run those events.

Biography
How did you get your start in this career field? I applied for a job at a small Ski Area after being in a job that I didn’t enjoy.
What inspired you to pursue the career you have today? My dad always encouraged me to “do what you love”.
What’s something you’ve always wanted to try but haven’t yet? Helicoptor backcountry snowboarding adventures.
What surprised you most about working in this industry? That I am actually a nerd about something- Snowsports Instruction.
What lesson are you most grateful for learning? People learn in different ways. If you can flex your communication style to their preferences, you can teach anyone.
