The Alpine DECL (Division Education and Clinic Leader) team is a group of highly trained instructors who are responsible for running the various Alpine clinics and assessments that the Division offers.

How did you get your start in this career field? My dad convinced me I should give instructing a go to see if I liked it…turns out I love it!!!
What inspired you to pursue the career you have today? Other high achieving women in our organization inspired me to believe I could achieve more.
What’s something you’ve always wanted to try but haven’t yet? Kite surfing.
What surprised you most about working in this industry? How much everyone is rooting for you to succeed.
What lesson are you most grateful for learning? Achievements are more about discipline than motivation.
