The Adaptive DECL (Division Education and Clinic Leader) team is a group of highly trained instructors who are responsible for running the various Adaptive clinics and assessments that the Division offers.

Biography
How did you get your start in this career field? The desire to put skiing back into my life after college and living in Washington DC.
What inspired you to pursue the career you have today? The love of teaching and the desire to be part of the conversation around change and direction in the industry.
What’s something you’ve always wanted to try but haven’t yet? Surfing.
What surprised you most about working in this industry? The companionship and friendships I found along the way. The sense of community continues to surprise me to this day.
What lesson are you most grateful for learning? We often learn the most when we fail.
