The Children’s DECL (Division Education and Clinic Leader) team is a group of highly trained instructors who are responsible for running the various Children’s Specialist clinics and certificate programs that the Division offers.

Biography
How did you get your start in this career field? Skiing since 3 years old, seemed like a natural progression.
What inspired you to pursue the career you have today? In an office, bad. Outside skiing every day, good.
What’s something you’ve always wanted to try but haven’t yet? Seeing Earth from space.
What surprised you most about working in this industry? Skiing is important but not the main skill. Listening is number one. Clear concise communication is number 2.
What lesson are you most grateful for learning? Listening. Speak less, listen more.
