Course Description:
This webinar is designed to show Intermountain Instructors how to navigate the intermountain and national website to access essential resources pertaining to Alpine Certification Exams. We will review the Assessment Guide, Activity Guide, Performance Guide, and the Exam Forms for Alpine Certification Level 2 and/or 3. We will also Discuss possible training resources and tactics leading into the season.
Learning Outcomes:
Participants will be able to:
- Navigate the PSIA-Intermountain and PSIA National websites to find essential exam resources.
- Understand the Activity Guide and possible variations of activities that could happen on exam day.
- Highlight Tech, Teach, and People criteria and acknowledge areas of daily work that meet or allow for practice to meet criteria standards.
- Focus their training plan on resources available from their home resort and PSIA-Intermountain.
